Registration and Cancellation Timeline:

  • Early bird registration deadline is July 31st, 2024

  • Late registration deadline is August 31st, 2024

  • Cancellation policy: 

       - 100% fee will be refunded if the request is received by July 31st

       - 50% fee will be refunded if the request is received by August 9th

Registration Fee Includes the Following:

  • Admission to all sessions of the symposium, including keynote, plenary, and breakout sessions
  • Symposium kit
  • Lunch, tea/coffee during the symposium, and final gala banquet in Stuttgart 
  • Evening workshops 
  • Round trip transportation from Little Rock to Stuttgart on September 11th
  • Certificate of participation

Guest Registration Fee for Includes:

  • Admission to the poster and exhibition area
  • Round trip transportation from Little Rock to Stuttgart on September 11th
